With a single truck, a big dream, and a lot of ambition, Kevin Thomas founded Thomas Concrete & Landscape in 2005. Being inspired by the commitment and hard work his grandfather, Delbert “Blackie” Cornell, owner of Cornell Grading, and his emphasis on running an ethical business, Kevin sought to achieve a similar goal with a business he would be proud to have his name on. Blackie ran his business successfully for over 20 years, giving professional work at an affordable cost.

Kevin and his wife, Lindsey, are the proud parents to three beautiful girls: MacKenzie, Kylie and Elliot. They are very involved with their daughters’ schools and other local non-profit organizations.
